Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Academic Historian to join our team as a temporary Part-Time History Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging history lessons to students, developing and implementing curriculum content, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching: Plan and deliver history lessons to students, utilizing a range of teaching methods to engage and motivate learners.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum content in line with national standards, ensuring that lessons are well-planned and effective.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Degree in History or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience working with secondary school students and a strong understanding of history curriculum and teaching methods.
The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis in a secondary school setting, collaborating with other faculty members and engaging with students and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
