We are seeking a skilled solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience specializing in either Company Commercial or Commercial Property work, or a combination of both.


You will be a team player, flexible, and possess a friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent business development and client care skills.

You will work closely with the Partner and gain experience in a wide range of work, including site acquisitions, leases and licenses, bank finance, and plot development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in site acquisitions, lease negotiations, and license agreements
  • Contribute to bank finance and plot development projects
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the Partner to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Company Commercial or Commercial Property law
  • Excellent business development and client care skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
