About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Technologist to join our team at Kellanova. As a Food Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing food products that align with market trends and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new products and processes and modify existing ones in the kitchen and pilot plant.
  • Run plant trials of new products and coordinate first productions.
  • Research consumer markets and the latest technologies to create new product concepts.
  • Select raw materials and ingredients and prepare product costings to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • Degree in food/scientific discipline or higher education with relevant experience.
  • Passion for creative product development in the food sector.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High levels of proactivity and a results-driven mindset, focusing on keeping the consumer at the centre of our efforts.
