The Senior Copywriter is a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the daily operations of the copy function, ensuring timely and effective delivery of creative assets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of creatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive creative excellence and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service and communication.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing/advertising, with a strong background in copywriting and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work that drives results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
