Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and take charge in their absence.
  • Develop and coach colleagues to become local experts, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Take ownership of people-related responsibilities, including recruitment, probation, performance reviews, rewards, recognition, training, and development.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong supervisory and management skills.
