Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Location: Flexible to work across all campuses

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Business to join our team at Regent College London. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality teaching and learning materials, as well as facilitating teaching sessions and assessing student performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver teaching and learning materials for business modules
  • Facilitate teaching sessions and assess student performance
  • Maintain attendance registers and work with the attendance team to ensure accuracy
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality student experiences
  • Support student recruitment and marketing efforts as needed
  • Participate in scholarship activities to support teaching and learning

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline
  • Fellowship of the Advanced Higher Education (HEA) or willingness to work towards
  • Significant experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in an HE environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
