Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Delivery Professional to join our team at Deeside. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely collecting and delivering parcels and freight to our customers.



Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Ensuring the security of your vehicle and freight while in transit
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Working independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Meeting performance targets and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of packages


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A full, valid driving license
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and schedules
  • A solid understanding of road traffic laws and regulations
  • The ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages safely
