About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Automotive Specialists to join our team at Birchwood Group. As a key member of our workshop facilities, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing and repairs to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced vehicle health checks and diagnose complex electrical and mechanical defects.
  • Repair and rectify defects consistently, adhering to manufacturers' recommended repair processes.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including repair write-ups and warranty claim information.
  • Participate in mandatory manufacturer training as required.

About You:

  • Prior experience as a vehicle technician in diagnostics, repairs, and servicing is essential.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and task management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role, with a valid UK driving license required.

Package Details:

  • Salary: £32,000-£40,000 (OTE £38,000-£46,000), dependent on level of experience.
  • Hours: 42.5 hours average per week, Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00, Saturdays 8:00-12:00 (1 in 3 on rota).
  • Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidays.
