We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at SeaSpace. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suites are immaculately clean and ready for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough room checks to ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support other team members in their daily tasks and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance our housekeeping processes.
- Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Provide support and guidance to new team members to help them settle into their roles.
- Liaise with the Head Housekeeping team to develop and implement training programs for the team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting areas for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Polished timekeeping skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
