Architectural Assistant - Part 2

We are seeking a talented Architectural Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. As a Part 2 qualified professional, you will play a key role in assisting with design development, creating presentation drawings, and working towards fixed budgets and deadlines.

About the Role:

  • Assist with design development and product information
  • Create presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
  • Work towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Visit site for inspections
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects

We work on a range of projects, including bespoke residential, healthcare, education, and heritage projects. Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualification
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambition and willingness to learn
