Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Law Partner to join our client's team in Birmingham. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of commercial matters and assisting in the development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior members of the team and provide supervision and guidance to junior members.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality commercial work and develop the department's capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including FTSE 100 companies, to secure future instructions.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's strategy and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for business growth and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in commercial law, preferably as a Partner or Senior Associate.
  • Strong technical skills across a broad spectrum of commercial work.
  • Well-respected in the field of law, with a strong network of clients and contacts.
  • Fiercely ambitious and determined to succeed, with a clear vision for career progression.
