Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Portfolio Data Collection: Prepare monthly portfolio company data collection for internal and external reporting in partnership with outsourced data monitoring teams (when applicable)
  • Quarterly Portfolio Monitoring Reporting: Assist in the preparation and coordination of quarterly portfolio monitoring reporting ahead of portfolio reviews, including supporting monitoring excel reports
  • Hayfin's Reporting Framework: Support the development of Hayfin's reporting framework to shape and implement best-in-class processes to support business growth
  • Portfolio Level Reporting and Analytics: Support portfolio-level reporting and analytics
  • Data Integrity and Governance: Become key business partner for asset-level data ad-hoc requests from internal or external parties and stakeholder in private credit data integrity and governance framework

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years post qualified experience in Big 4 or similar financial services role (~2-4 years total relevant experience)
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Analytical Skills: Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of finance, accounting, and fluency with reading financial statements across different sectors
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Good team player, able to act autonomously when appropriate and know when to escalate matters
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organised and attentive to detail
  • Motivation and Work Ethic: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
  • CFA Qualification: CFA qualification – or a willingness to work towards this

Salary: Estimated €60,000 - €80,000 per annum based on experience and location.
