Pediatric Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Support Worker to join our team at Blom and Blom in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nursery Nurse to work as part of a dedicated team in an Ofsted outstanding nursery setting.

About the Job:

  • You will be working as part of a team to provide an enabling environment in which children can play, learn and develop.
  • Your role will include preparing and delivering activities in accordance with the EYFS framework.
  • You will be responsible for creating individual learning journey records and evaluating key children's learning and development progress.

Requirements:

  • A level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent.
  • Experience as a key worker within an early years setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Good organisational skills and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
