We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Treasurer Generalist to join our global Finance team based in Chelmsford. This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance on working capital management and contributing to the effectiveness of the Finance department.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in financial services and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective working capital management strategies
- Provide expert guidance on cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital processes
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
- Proven track record of success in working capital management or a related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
