Agile Project Management Officer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Holt Recruitment, working on complex defence systems integration projects.

Job Description:
  • Oversight of project execution, ensuring alignment with cost, time, quality, and technical standards.
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams for successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with stakeholders for clear communication and project alignment.
  2. Create and manage essential project documents such as schedules, plans, and compliance matrices.
  3. Drive project timelines to meet milestones like design reviews, testing, and installations.
  4. Track project costs, identify budget risks, and collaborate with finance on revenue forecasts and reports.
  5. Oversee production, data management, invoicing, and export controls for assigned projects.
  6. Gather feedback and lessons learned for continuous improvement and team development.
Requirements:
  • Recognized project management qualification.
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, ideally in complex engineering systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle and experience in defense or aerospace projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and managing international stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the UK and internationally.
Benefits:
  • An estimated salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Holt Recruitment offers a 5-hour work week with early Friday finishes.
