Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Colour and Materials design strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Colour and Materials designs meet technical and commercial requirements.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest Colour and Materials design trends.
  • Present and communicate Colour and Materials design concepts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Design Director to develop and implement Colour and Materials design standards and processes.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Art and Design or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience as a Colour and Materials Designer, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project planning and management skills.
  • Highly creative with excellent Colour vision and Colour harmony skills.
