Culinary Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily meal production and kitchen duties to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Train and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Perform due diligence to ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Chef Manager with:
Managerial experience in a catering setting.
A DBS check for the successful applicant as working within an educational setting.
