As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of business and IT systems. You will work closely with our clients to deliver an effective IT support service, managing and maintaining hardware and software within their organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using standard images
* Maintain documentation and update knowledge base to improve support operations
* Utilize competency matrix to identify skills gaps
* Work with 3rd parties to ensure quality service to clients
* Understand client escalations and when to invoke them

Requirements:

* Full UK driving license and access to own car for site visits
* Previous experience in a similar environment
* Basic understanding of networking technologies
* Ability to provide second-level support for all IT queries
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work with staff at all levels, both internally and externally
* Experience of product terminology

Desirable Qualifications:

* Managing modern desktops
* Microsoft identity and access administration
* Microsoft Azure administrator
