Birley Bakery, a luxury bakery and café, is seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at 5 Hertford Street, a renowned private member's club. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our discerning customers.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a high standard
  • Manage the coffee shop area, including opening and closing duties
  • Take orders and handle customer transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stock rotation and management

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member's club
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Desirable: experience as a barista and knowledge of coffee preparation methods
