About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team in East Lothian. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with colleagues to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships with our supported people.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with colleagues to support vulnerable people
  • Communicating and working well with our supported people to provide individual care
  • Being responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement
