**Job Description**

We are seeking an exceptional Geography Department Lead to join our team at this outstanding Secondary School. As a key member of the school's leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the curriculum and developing teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.

You will be responsible for leading a large Geography Department, comprising experienced teachers, trainee teachers, and Teach First members. The department delivers the GCSE and A-Level curricula, and you will be expected to drive standards and inspire students to achieve excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
