Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our HR & Compliance team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Compliance & HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Compliance & HR Manager with day-to-day administration, including but not limited to:
  • Health & Safety Administration: Chase and update site paperwork, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Internal & External Audits: Assist with administration, collate files, and review paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Risk Assessments: Update and review risk assessments to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • CITB Administration: Ensure grants and funding are applied for and training logged.
  • Personal Accident & Incident Reports: Assist with completion and review of personal accident and incident report forms, including reporting to the appropriate organization if required.
  • Training & Development: Book training for the team and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Chasing of Weekly/Monthly Paperwork: Chase required weekly/monthly paperwork, including Supervisor site inspection records, Point of work risk assessments, toolbox talks, and review, log, and file.
  • Plant Equipment Administration: Arrange calibration, servicing, renewal of ESIS and LOLER documentation, and arrange servicing and repairs of fleet and plant equipment.
  • HR Support: Log sickness and holiday, update and chase relevant paperwork.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all administrative tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with colleagues and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
