Warehouse Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Assistant. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming products and materials
  • Conduct physical counts of stock and raw materials at month-end stock take
  • Assist in outbound shipments and packaging of products
  • Utilize courier software to track shipments and manage inventory
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Scan barcodes and enter data into our internal M2M Quality System
  • Complete exporting and receiving documentation
Requirements:
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg throughout the day
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred
  • Team-oriented and can-do attitude
