Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Children's Occupational Therapy Team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Assist Occupational Therapists in providing the highest standard of care to children aged 0-19 years in community paediatrics.
- Implement and evaluate delegated OT interventions in activities relating to treatment.
- Participate in a range of professional teams, including Education, Health, and Social, to provide comprehensive care.
- Work independently in domiciliary and community settings, as well as part of the Community Paediatric and wider Child Development Unit.
- Undertake administrative duties to support the clinical practice of the Community Paediatric Occupational Therapy team.

Requirements- A-levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Good level of written English.
- Experience of working in a health or school-related field.
- Knowledge of normal child development.
