About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate English Teacher to join our team at Bright Minds Creative Academy School in Croydon. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students with complex special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students with SEMH and additional needs
  • Assess and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning
Requirements
  • QTS or QTLS Qualification
  • Proven teaching and learning experience
  • Experience teaching English and Literacy
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
