Adults Service Delivery Manager

Salary: £27,154 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to adults. This will involve working closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of service users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to lead and manage a team of staff.
- Balance risk and safety considerations in daily work practices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the social care sector.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies and procedures.
- Recruit, develop, and support staff in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Act as Service Manager in their absence, if required.
