Key Responsibilities
  1. Support M&E planning and project management across various projects including new build RDCs, extensions, and projects in existing warehouses.
  2. Conduct routine site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
  3. Support tendering, appointment, and contract management.
  4. Assist in managing refrigeration service contracts with assistance from external technical specialists.
  5. Review service contract and project milestone payments.
  6. Manage and maintain service tracking software to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  7. Compile and analyse KPI data, evaluating performance of service contractors.
Requirements
  1. Educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering, M&E or Refrigeration.
  2. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the country when required.
