Deputy Store Manager

Lidl is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and control stock levels, manage cash processes, and maintain a high level of stock integrity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, implement company policies, and maintain a positive store image.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
