Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Ideal Recruit Ltd. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and selling a range of products and services to small-medium sized companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to identify business opportunities and sell products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the field-based sales team to identify and create opportunities for larger solutions.
  • Balance contacting existing clients and building the client base by acquiring new business with the support of a trusted database.
Requirements:
  • Ability to question and actively listen to create high-level business conversations.
  • Drive and ambition to progress and develop.
  • Resilience and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organisation and planning ability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build solid relationships with the team.
  • Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.
