As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, qualifying their needs, and demonstrating vehicles accordingly. You will also be expected to build and maintain a customer database, follow a sales process, and provide excellent customer service. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet sales KPIs, such as unit volume, F&I, and CSI ratings. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual who is prepared to go the extra mile to drive the performance of the department. In return, the company offers a competitive OTE of circa £55,000 +, as well as a dynamic and supportive working environment. If you are a successful Sales Executive looking to build your career, this company can offer you genuine career opportunities and a chance to work in an excellent working environment. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm, and Sundays on a rota basis, with a day off in the week.
