Digital Marketing Strategist

Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid social media campaigns. As the Paid Social Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid social strategies across various platforms.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and drive exceptional results for our clients. You will work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid social strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of paid social specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure campaign success and professional growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests for each campaign.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising, and share insights with the team and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing a team of paid social specialists.
  • Deep understanding of paid social media platforms, algorithms, targeting options, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and social media.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
