We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Bramfield CE Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our Key Stage Two pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic support to pupils, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Assist teachers in the planning and preparation of lessons, resources, and activities
- Contribute to a calm and purposeful learning environment by using behaviour management strategies
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver English and mathematics interventions
- Support the wider school community through our extended schools club offer
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Good standard of English and mathematics (GCSE level 4 or above)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
