Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer

Password Services Air Conditioning Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Midlands, UK.

This is a full-time vacancy where you will be the primary contact for providing top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems.

Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be working on service, maintenance, and repair work on various HVAC equipment installed at our clients' facilities. This is a mobile role within the Midlands area.

You will be the primary contact for all technical service issues, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving highly complex systems.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, including packaged air handling units and gas heaters.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components within walk-in cold rooms, small display cabinets, freestanding freezer and chillers, cellar cooling, and ice machines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
