HSEQ Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and deliver the Group's Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance on all aspects of HSEQ to the Leadership team and engage staff at all levels.
- Promote a culture of HSEQ best practice by attending operational sites and facilities, driving regulatory compliance.
- Set and manage company targets for HSEQ improvement, ensuring effective action plans.
- Oversee the management, review, and alignment of all HSEQ strategies and policies with company values.
- Actively promote and monitor good practices in all areas of HSEQ, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications are essential.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the Rail industry.
- Experience in managing Health & Safety across worksites, including manufacturing and depot environments.
- In-depth understanding of HSE legislation, systems, and industry audits.
- Proven track record of delivering HSE improvements and managing complex HSEQ issues.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work to demanding deadlines and implement change across the business.
