Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

As a Residential Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions, and delegating duties on shift. You'll also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting
  • Proven team leadership skills
  • Able to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of our Residents
