Job Summary

We are seeking an Exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aylestone Road or Cropston Road locations. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate great product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Check vehicles on arrival and liaise with the workshop for timely progress updates
  • Advise customers on additional work required
  • Provide a first-class handover with full invoice and work explanation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, which includes a basic salary of £27,662 p/a with an OTE of £32,000 p/a (uncapped). You will also benefit from working in a supportive team environment and having opportunities for professional development.
