Join MIChild Group as a Supply Nursery Practitioner
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Supply Nursery Practitioner to work in our Heathside nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safeguarding of all children, staff, and families accessing the setting.
- Promote a fun and engaging environment for all children in our care.
- Meet the welfare and learning development requirements of all children at all times.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery.
Essential Requirements:
- Passion and a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children.
- A can-do attitude and adaptability to the needs of the nursery and company.
- A firm and broad understanding of the EYFS Statutory requirements and how to implement them.
