About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our Recovery Support team, working with young people leaving care. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will empower individuals to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of recovery staff to ensure a welcoming, safe environment for young people.
- Conduct quality checks on support records to maintain organisational standards.
- Support staff to achieve their potential through regular supervision and ensure they provide excellent support to young people in areas such as substance use, health and wellbeing, life skills, money management, and tenancy management.
- Work with external partners to maximise opportunities for young people and undertake Health & Safety checks, recording information accurately on internal systems.
About You
You will be a caring and supportive individual with excellent communication skills, able to handle potentially difficult situations. You will have a passion for working in a client-facing role and an interest in homelessness and related issues.
