Our company is seeking a skilled Agriculture Territory Growth Manager to drive sales growth through established customer bases and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling timber or building products and a strong understanding of the UK market.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Proactively manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and buying groups across the UK
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key milestones
  • Grow, lead, and manage the sales territory effectively
  • Maintain the sales process and CRM from a key account and customer service perspective
  • Exhibit strong journey planning and account management skills

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales management, preferably with experience selling timber products into the builders' merchant sector.
