Facilities Maintenance Associate

**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Associate
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Realise Education. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
**Estimated Salary:** £8-10 per hour (dependent on experience)
**Responsibilities:
- Deep cleaning toilet facilities to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas to prevent dust and dirt accumulation.
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Damp-dusting surfaces to prevent the buildup of dirt and grime.
- Cleaning and washing windows and glass internally to ensure they are smear-free and properly dried.
- Wipe down desks and chairs to remove stubborn smears and marks.
**Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS registration through the Update Service or willingness to apply.
- Two professional references covering the last 2 years.
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
