Join Our Supply Team

As the home of iconic brands such as Baileys, Guinness, Smirnoff, and Johnnie Walker, we rely on highly advanced systems and the very best talent to ensure our businesses continue to run smoothly. We're looking for talented individuals with distilled spirits specialist knowledge and experience within process and operations to lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement improvement and transformation programmes.

Purpose of the Role:

We're seeking individuals with a proven track record of scaling up complex scientific initiatives, preferably in production environments. You'll be responsible for driving improvement opportunities for quality, compliance, product and process efficiencies, and innovation across the Diageo portfolio, globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and problem-solving to drive improvement opportunities
• Delivery of strategic projects benefitting Diageo's business model, material/product/process quality, compliance, productivity, innovation, and sustainability agendas

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a Scientific subject area (ideally allied to the drinks industry) or equivalent relevant qualifications and experience
• Demonstrable record of scaling up complex scientific initiatives, preferably in production environments
• Proven track record of strategic project and program management and delivery, including risk management and financial awareness
