Facilities Engineer

Pioneer Selection is a dynamic and innovative company based in Eastwood, Essex. We are seeking a skilled Equipment Specialist to join our team, responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, as well as conducting predictive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our equipment and processes, and will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

We are looking for an individual with a strong electrical or mechanical bias, holding a relevant qualification such as a City & Guilds certificate or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
