Empowering Students

As a Behavioural Mentor at Academics Ltd, you will be working with primary students who face behavioural and emotional challenges. Your role will be to provide academic and social support, guiding them to engage and succeed. You'll work closely with students in the classroom, encouraging positive behaviour and providing one-on-one support as needed.

**The Role:**
* Academic and social support to students facing behavioural and emotional challenges
* Promote positive behaviour and guide students to stay focused and motivated
* One-on-one support to students in need
* Building strong relationships with students during break times and lunch

**Requirements:**
* GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) required
* Patient, adaptable, and capable of working with students from diverse backgrounds
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, open-minded attitude
* Ability to build trust and provide ongoing support to students, helping them overcome challenges and succeed
