- As a Care Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a cohort of care staff and their rotas.
- You will have the ability to take on new packages and clients to grow the business.
- You will be proactive in completing risk assessments, care plan assessments, and providing hands-on care if needed.
- You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
