Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Nursery People. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering their growth in a nurturing environment.

About the Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in delivering high-quality care and education to our young students. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Assessing children's progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintaining a stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity and curiosity
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and school
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A recognized Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an early childhood setting
  • A deep passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible start for every child
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early years education
