Job Overview:
The MTrec Technical team is seeking a skilled HSEQ Coordinator to join our prestigious manufacturing client in Stoke on Trent. This permanent role involves ensuring the maintenance of external certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP. The successful candidate will have experience with management systems and strong administrative skills.

About the Role:
This position requires the ability to host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems. You will also be responsible for supporting departmental managers in creating and maintaining process definitions and work instructions. Additionally, you will complete internal audits for the management system, ensure non-conformities are closed, and participate in meetings related to the management systems and site activities. Other duties include completing KPI trend analysis, investigating customer complaints, and collecting site data for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance of all external certifications
- Host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections
- Support departmental managers in creating and maintaining process definitions and work instructions
- Complete internal audits for the management system
- Close non-conformities
- Participate in meetings related to the management systems and site activities

Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, particularly using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Internal or lead auditor training
- Previous experience within the manufacturing industry and management systems
