Lease Consultancy Surveyor Opportunity

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is working with one of the UK's largest commercial property consultancies to find a talented Lease Consultancy Surveyor to join their team in the South West of England.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lease Consultancy Surveyor to cover the South West region, ideally with experience in rent reviews, lease renewals, and property inspections. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, including international distribution firms, global banks, and government institutions, to provide expert advice on commercial property leases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals, utilizing strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends.
  • Conduct property inspections, negotiations, and prepare third-party submissions as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and prioritize a busy caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Build a strong network of internal and external contacts to develop business opportunities.
Requirements
  • MRICS or equivalent qualification, with up to 2+ years of PQE experience.
  • Lease consultancy experience preferred, but general practice surveying experience will be considered.
