Store Assistant Manager Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail store team as a Store Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the shop manager in day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the shop manager in implementing operational processes and procedures
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Previous retail or hospitality experience (essential)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
