Assistant Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail store team as a Store Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the shop manager in day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the shop manager in implementing operational processes and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
- Previous retail or hospitality experience (essential)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
