Job Title: Practice Administrator/ Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Practice Administrator/ Manager at Little Rock Equine Vets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office staff, including day-to-day tasks and overall team management
  • Coordinate staff working rotas and ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee diary management for vets and office staff, including on-call rotas
  • Manage debt control and insurance claims
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external suppliers
  • Process invoices and VAT returns
  • Reconcile cash and card receipts using QuickBooks and the Practice Management System
  • Report to the Director and contribute to the development of the practice

This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic business and make a real impact on our operations.

Working hours: 32-36 hours per week. Remuneration from 36-42K including 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays Pro Rata).
