Social Work Professional

Leaders in Care is seeking a skilled social work professional to support our small team in North Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a caseload of Children Looked After and Unaccompanied minors, working closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality services.
This full-time position involves a mix of office and remote work, with flexibility to accommodate your needs. You will have access to a company-provided phone and laptop, as well as mileage reimbursement for travel-related expenses.
About the Role:
- Covering a caseload of Children Looked After and Unaccompanied minors, primarily placed out-of-county
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure effective service delivery
- Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and a balanced workload
